Xero
Cornerstone CPA is a Xero Silver Champion Partner.
Xero is a Cloud based accounting system, which means you can access your accounting records anywhere you are. Xero comes with a document collection tool called Hubdoc that stores and analyze all receipts. It uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI (Artificial intelligence) to speed up data processing of receipts by analyzing receipts and pre-populating most fields, cutting down on processing time and speeding up bank reconciliations.
Quickbooks
Both Gary and Wilco are certified in Quickbooks Online (QBO).
Sage 50/Sage One
Sage 50 (still referred to by some as Simply Accounting) has been the backbone of the bookkeeping practice. 'Sage One' is it’s more recent online version that fully integrates into the Desktop version and is used primarily for invoicing and reporting.
